I can only speak from experience with a 770, which has the identical PTO horsepower as a 4200 Hydro. Being an owner of a Landpride 2560 that I pull with the above tractor. I have mowed grass from 2 inches to three foot high with no problems. The 2560 are a good mower, however; would recommend you take a close look at the rear discharge version of the 2560 before you buy. The 2560 will clump in tall or wet grass.

I purchased a 790, 4WD, and hydrolic control for 11,292, from Cabot Outdoors, 901 S. Pine Hwy 89S, Cabot, Ar., phone 501-843-7956. Ask for Cecil or Joe.<br>By the way, love my tractor. Currently have 38 hours on it, not a problem one.<br>Just for your information I replaced a JD 770, 2WD, with 380 hours that I had for six years. Hope this helps. If you get one, let me know what you think.
